As a veteran living with PTSD, I have a personal understanding of the challenges that come with returning home after deployment and adjusting back to civilian life. When service ends, the transition can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
With over a decade of experience working exclusively with veterans, I specialize in addiction treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and trauma-informed group therapy. While my clinical training is rooted in proven, evidence-based approaches, what truly drives my work is a deep commitment to supporting my fellow service members.
Having lost brothers both in combat in Iraq and to the lasting impact of mental health struggles, I feel a profound responsibility to give back. My mission is to help veterans not just cope, but truly thrive—building a life of meaning, strength, and the highest possible quality.
I believe that acceptance is a powerful step toward healing, even when carrying the weight of service. If you’re ready to move forward, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
